Terms of use — Preview demos

1. What these Previews are

Pages on *.demos.ivyleaguetech.com (and related demo Hosts) are unofficial website concepts created by ILT for marketing and demonstration. Unless a page explicitly states it has been claimed and launched as a client LIVE site, the Preview is not the official website of any named business, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or operated by that business.

2. No service relationship with the named business

Do not use Preview forms to request plumbing or other trade services from a named business. Preview forms are demo UI only; they do not create a customer relationship with the named business. To discuss claiming a concept or purchasing ILT services, contact ILT directly (813-563-0801, leads@ivyleaguetech.com, marketing contact).

3. No warranties; rankings

Previews are provided “as is.” ILT does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, Map Pack placement, or business outcomes. Catalogue language that says rankings are never guaranteed applies here.

4. Intellectual property

ILT owns the Preview templates, layout, and ILT branding. Named-business identifiers may appear for illustration of a concept only. You may not copy, scrape, or republish Preview content as if it were an official business site.

5. Acceptable use

No abuse of forms, scraping at scale, interference with TLS/Host routing, or attempts to impersonate ILT or a named business.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILT is not liable for confusion arising from third-party misuse of Preview URLs, or for decisions made solely based on an unclaimed Preview. Florida law governs, exclusive venue Pasco County / appropriate FL courts.

These terms are protective starter language for the demo plane — not a substitute for counsel-reviewed LIVE client contracts. LIVE sites use separate agreements after purchase.
